Experience Wadawurrung Dja: Awakening Country, through the art of proud Wadawurrung woman, emerging elder, cultural educator & award-winning visual artist Dr Deanne Gilson. The exhibition features 20 original paintings & textile works that reflects Gilson’s love for Dja, her connection to place & her family’s knowledge & connection to cultural heritage.
Gilson captures the changes throughout the six Wadawurrung seasons by painting her Dja, people, plants & animals.
Open daily 10am-3pm with tickets available at the door & included in admission.
